Dear Vacationer:

Welcome! We are happy to have you enjoy our home. Games are available for your use and Movies, DVDs and music are for your enjoyment.

These are a few things we ask of you to keep our home in nice condition.

1. Smoking is prohibited inside our home. Please use outdoor ashtray for butts – do not throw
        them in the lawn.
2. The rowboat, at Gray Wolf Lodge is for your leisure. Please make sure to tie up after use as
        the lake can get windy and place oars on shore by the firepit.
3. If you have a pet approved by owner, please use common sense . Throw duties in the woods,
       wipe paws upon entering our home, no wet pets inside the home, no pets on furniture.
4. When using the grill, pull out from under covered area in case of flames! Please let us know if
       the propane is running low.
5. When using firepit, use with caution. Do not use in windy conditions. Use the firewood
       provided.
6. If snowmobiling- please obey snow fences and do not drive across our lawn to enter lake. We
       have a rock retainer wall and it will be ruined if driven upon.
7. Please wipe your feet on rugs outside before entering our home, the sand and water can be
       overwhelming.
8. Please bring patio umbrella inside when windy and upon departure
9. Please do not sit on furniture with wet bathing suits or walk inside with wet or sandy feet.
10. Please use coasters for drink glasses on kitchen counters, dining room table and all other
       furniture.
11. Use tablecloth on dining room table.
12. Do not flush sanitary items down toilet
13. Use the garbage disposal wisely. No eggshells, meat, bones, skins, etc.
14. Garbage day is early Friday morning. Please empty all garbage cans. Make sure you put
       garbage bags in bin near road by Thursday pm. They will only take 5 bags per week. Secure
       garbage bin to keep animals out. If your garbage will not fit in bin – please take remainder
       with you. It is very important you do not leave loose garbage in containers – it must be in bags
       for garbage service to take.
15. Please empty lint trap in dryer after every use.
16. Do not overload washer
17. Do not use bleach on bath towels
18. Close all windows if it looks like rain (especially the ones facing the lake and the road).
       Storms come in very quickly.
19. When showering, use bathroom fans or open the window.
20. Use hooks on backs of bedroom doors for wet towels
21. Please tell children to not touch the bear hanging on the wall.
22. Upon departure, please strip all beds and place linens and towels in laundry room. Wash any
       beach towels you have used during the week. Please run the dishwasher, clean dishes from
       sink, empty garbage into outside bins, spot clean and close all windows. Please turn the
       thermostat down to 55 upon departure. Stack up outside chairs at firepit and on deck and
       bring patio umbrella inside.
23. In the winter – please turn off well and hot water heater fuses in laundry room and thermostat
       down to 58 upon departure.
24. Check-out is at 10:00 am on your designated check-out day. Please abide by this time. Our
       cleaning service comes to clean and has to have the cottage ready for our next guests by
       5pm the same day.
25. Please leave keys and inventory checklist on the kitchen counter upon departure.
